  27.           creates a DialogShell and an unmanaged SelectionBox child of
  28.           the DialogShell.  A PromptDialog prompts the user for text
  29.           input.  It includes a message, a text input region, and
  30.           three managed buttons.  The default button labels are OOOOKKKK,
  31.           CCCCaaaannnncccceeeellll, and HHHHeeeellllpppp.  An additional button, with AAAAppppppppllllyyyy as the
  32.           default label, is created unmanaged; it may be explicitly
  33.           managed if needed.  One additional WWWWoooorrrrkkkkAAAArrrreeeeaaaa child may be
  34.           added to the SelectionBox after creation.
